mango coconut milk drink

delicious and creamy smoothie with milk

I love mangoes. To me, they are absolutely irresistible and I am not ashamed to admit I do not share my mangoes with anyone. This drink is so simple and refreshing that can whisk you away to Thailand beaches and mesmerising ocean waves.


  • 1 mango, half puree and half chopped in cubes
  • 250 ml (1cup) coconut milk
  • 3 tbs honey or maple syrup


  • in a small saucepan heat the mango puree with the honey or maple syrup for 2 minutes
  • set aside to cool
  • once cooled, add the coconut milk and mix well
  • transfer the chopped mangoes to your serving glass
  • pour in the mango and milk mix and serve
