tomatoes are a great unconventional replacement for cucumber yoghurt

If you are tired of cucumber yoghurt as your side dish, tomatoes are a great replacement. It might sound unconventional but it’ll be one of those sides that once you make it you’ll definitely end up making it again and again.

ingredients

• 500 ml (2 cups) full-fat yoghurt
• 20 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
• 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
• 2tbs chopped fresh mint leaves
• salt and pepper to taste

preparation

• place all the ingredients in a big bowl
• mix it all through
• serve as a side, dip or spread on your sandwich bread
• garnish the bowl with thyme leaves, chilli oil or grilled tomatoes
